In England located 30 miles south of Sheffield in Nottinghamshire is the city Nottingham which has a population of around 310,000 people making it the second largest city in the midlands. There are two universities in Nottingham, the Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham. These universities have a combined student population of around 61,000. There are a large number of primary and secondary schools in Nottingham, including Alderman White School, The Holgate Academy, Rushcliffe School, Tuxford Academy, Serlby Park Academy and The Oakwood Academy. Nottingham is most famous for its affiliation with Robin Hood and for its industries of bike and lace making and tobacco. There are also a number of sites and landmarks within Nottingham such as the national ice centre, old market square and city of caves.
