The Course Bargains ITIL® Planning, Protection and Optimisation course is one of the four units that generate the ITIL® Intermediate ‘Capability Stream’.

What are the details of the exam?

The examination begins on the concluding day of the training. This involves a 90 minute, closed book plan with 8 multiple choice, condition based, gradient scored questions.
