Course Details

Course Bargain’s ITIL® Overview qualification provides a summary on the awareness of the theme of Service Management. The 1 day training session also gives the learner the opportunity to learn the 5 main volumes which structure ITIL.  After participation in this lesson, delegates will be capable to improve a whole awareness of ITIL.
